We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short drive away from the downtown area where we could find a wide variety of cafes and restaurants. The staff at the reception were incredibly welcoming and friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a suite at no extra charge, making our stay even more luxurious. The room amenities were top-notch, including a mini-bar, sitting area, dining table, and free Wi-Fi. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries and the convenience of having an electric kettle in the room. The rooms were well-appointed with an AM/FM alarm clock and a flat-screen TV, and we loved the cozy carpeted floor.

The view from my room was breathtaking and I loved the fact that the hotel was located in a quiet area with lots of greenery. The breakfast served was delicious and the waitstaff was very friendly and accommodating.
The cleanliness of the room was also below my expectations. The housekeeping staff didn't replenish necessary items like towels and soap regularly.

Was able to enjoy amazing views and nearby attractions such as restaurants and cafes which was perfect for grabbing a quick and easy bite during my business trip. the staff were also quite accommodating and pleasant when interacting with them.
the furnishings were quite outdated, and the Wi-Fi was very slow and unreliable which was challenging when trying to do work remotely.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, from the warm welcome of the staff who waited for me until the early hours of the morning to the easy check-out process. The breakfast spread was delicious, especially the selection of cakes and Lebanese dishes. The hotel facilities were clean and reliable, including the internet connection. Moreover, the view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking lush greenery and a beautiful valley.
Nothing bad to say, my stay at this hotel was exceptional in every aspect.

The hotel is ideally located close to many restaurants and cafes, making it easy to explore the area. the rooms are cozy and have original interior design that reflects the old style. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is tasty and includes delicious Lebanese food. the reliable internet access is an added bonus.
Some minor investments may be needed in the amenities and furniture to improve the overall experience.
